Encoder kit, for Oberheim Matrix 12 and Xpander. The original encoders used in these synths eventually degrade, to the point of inoperability. This kit includes six new encoders, with mounting hardware, de-bounce capacitors, and complete instructions, to get your Obie working like new! Installation requires soldering; this is not a project for the novice.

NOTE: This kit may not be compatible with Japanese-made units. It replaces encoders that mount on the underside of the panel board. If your encoders mount on the top side of the PCB, this kit will not be compatible.
