For questions about how to do a repair, please ask on our forums. If there is a part that you are interested in but it is NOT listed on our site, you can make an item request here. For all other questions or support with your order, contact us here. We get lots (LOTS!) of emails and calls about parts that are shown as Out of Stock, or that are not listed on our site. Our website reflects our entire inventory, and is updated in real time. If we have a part available, it will show on our site with a Buy button. Otherwise, we do not know when or if we will have that part available. For any out of stock part, our site gives you the option to submit your email address to get notified immediately when we do have that part available again.
