Right button block, for Korg PA700 keyboard. This right section of rubber front panel button group is Korg part number PLA0010404. This button set has carbon contacts on the underside, and as the carbon wears, it loses its conductivity, causing the buttons to become unresponsive. Replacing the button set should fix this issue.
