Button block, for Korg keyboard. This left section of the rubber front panel button group is Korg part number PLA0010402. This button set has carbon contacts on the underside, and as the carbon wears, it loses its conductivity, causing the buttons to become unresponsive. Replacing the button set should fix this issue.
