Freeman String Symphonizer

Released in 1973

Ken Freeman's String Symphonizer, which he built in 1970, was the first paraphonic string machine. The commercial model, released around 1973, uses two master oscillators to get a nice ensemble effect, then feeds everything through a spring reverb.
