Ordering on-line
You can order on-line using a credit or debit card. When you see a product you would like to purchase, simply click the "BUY" button, and this product will be added to your shopping cart. When you are finished adding items, click "Checkout" and follow the instructions from there. You will receive an email with tracking information once you order has been processed and shipped.

In rare cases, shipping charges for Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories may be different from those shown here. We will contact you before processing your order if the shipping charge will be different from that shown.


Ordering by phone
Call (830) 627-1530 between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm Central Time, Monday through Saturday, to place your credit card or debit card order. We usually have someone available who can speak Spanish.


Ordering by mail
Send orders to the address above. Please tell us your name and shipping address, your telephone number, the keyboard(s) you are ordering for, and the products you want. Include shipping costs, plus 8.25% sales tax if we are shipping to a Texas address.


How do I know if an item is in stock?
Generally, if there is a Buy button next to the item, we have it in stock. Our web site reflects our current inventory, and if we are sold out of an item, the site should show this. In some instances, a Buy button may be showing for an item that is momentarily out of stock, but for which we are expecting more inventory within the next few days.

For items which show as out of stock, you are given the option to submit your email address, and you will be automatically notified when that part becomes available again.


Methods of payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit/debit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Microsft Pay, money orders, and checks (from within the U.S. only; please allow an extra 10 days for check processing). Returned checks will be subject to a $25 service charge. Online payments are processed either by Stripe or PayPal; we do not ever see your credit card information.


Shipping charges and tax
There is a minimum $6.95 shipping and handling charge for all U.S. orders. Express shipping is also available at an extra charge. Shipping charges for orders beyond the continental US and Express shipments may in some cases exceed those displayed on our site; if this is the case, we will contact you with the correct shipping rates to your destination. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete; any additional shipping charges that are incurred as a result of incorrect or incomplete address information will be charged to the customer.

Please do not email us for a shipping quote; you can easily determine the shipping rate yourself. Simply go ahead and start to place the order online. On the Shopping Cart page, you can enter the Country, and the correct shipping charges will be displayed. This won't become a real order unless you proceed through the Checkout procedure, so this is an easy way to get a quick idea of what an order will cost.

Shipments made to Texas addresses will be charged 8.25 percent sales tax.


Returns
We can accept returns for up to 45 days past the date of purchase; please call (830) 627-1530 for a return authorization (RA) number and instructions before returning any items. Returns made after 30 days will be charged a 15% restocking fee. We cannot accept returns without an RA number. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We cannot accept returns of electrical parts or software products.


How long will it take my order to arrive?
All orders ship from Texas (San Antonio/Austin area). Most orders ship either the same day we receive the order, or the following weekday. (If you mail in a check, your order will be held for 10 days while the check clears.) If an item is back ordered, you will be notified at checkout, and your order will be shipped as soon as that item is received. Orders placed after 1:00 pm on Saturday will be processed on Monday.

Most US orders are shipped either First Class or Priority Mail, with 2 to 3 days delivery time. Some orders may be shipped through UPS, with delivery times ranging from 1 to 5 business days.

Express orders must be received by 2:30 pm Central Time in order to ship the same day.

These delivery times are an approximation of when your order should be received; they are not implied to be a guarantee.


Can I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes, once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with the shipping details and tracking number.
