Our first Play It Forward recipient, checking out her new keyboard. Syntaur's 'Play It Forward' program gets keyboard instruments into the hands of aspiring musicians in the San Antonio/Austin area who might not otherwise have the opportunity to own a keyboard. We go through lots of used instruments here, and we sometimes end up with consumer keyboards that don't really fit into the niche of our pro-synthesizer-oriented showroom. We can't think of a better destination for these instruments than into the hands of someone who has music bottled up inside, but who doesn't have the means to get it out. If you or a family member is a good candidate for such a keyboard, please let us know so that we can contact you when we have something that might be a good match. Or if you have a keyboard that is sitting unused, even if needs a bit of work, you can donate it to our Play It Forward program, and we'll let you know when it is making music with its new owner. Whether you are a recipient or a donor, participating in this program will no doubt bring a smile to your face!
