Opening Up a Korg Poly-61 Keyboard

Place the keyboard face down on a couch, bed, or other soft surface, with the keys pointing away from you - and of course, with nothing plugged in (especially the power cord!). Remove the four screws along the back edge of the bottom panel.

Flip the keyboard back over, and remove the four screw at the corners of the top panel. Now you should be able to flip the top panel open, like the hood of a car.
