Rubber panel button, black, for Yamaha keyboard. This button set has carbon contacts on the underside, and as the carbon wears, it loses its conductivity, causing the buttons to become unresponsive. Replacing the button set should fix this issue. This replacement button is 8.5mm diameter, and is Yamaha part number VAX53100.
