Slide potentiometer, 10KB, 30mm travel, with 20mm lever. This replacement slider is Rhodes part number 301003201, and may have pins that are a different configuration from those in your Chroma Polaris. The circuit boards, however, have layouts that will accommodate both types of slide pot.

Installation of this part requires soldering.
