Ordering on-line
You can order on-line using a credit card, debit card, or PayPal account. When
you see a product you would like to purchase, simply click the "BUY" button, and this product
will be added to your shopping cart. When you are finished adding items, click either "Check Out"
(to pay with a credit card) or "Check Out with PayPal" (to pay from a PayPal account). You will
soon receive an email from PayPal confirming your payment. When you order is processed and
shipped, you will receive an email from Syntaur.
In rare cases, shipping charges for Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories may be
different from those shown here. We will contact you before processing your order if the
shipping charge will be different from that shown.
Any credit card and personal information you enter on our website is done over a completely
secure server.
Ordering by phone

between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm Central Time, to place your
credit card or debit card order.
Ordering by mail
Send orders to the address above. Please tell us your
name and shipping address, your telephone
number, the keyboard(s) you are ordering for, and the products you want.
Include shipping costs, plus any sales tax (Texas
residents only).
How do I know if an item is in stock?
Generally, if there is a Buy button next to the item, we have it in stock. Our web site is
updated daily, and if we are sold out of an item, the site should show this. However, in rare instances, the site
may show a Buy button when an item has just sold out; we will contact you if there is any such problem on your order. Also, in
some instances, a Buy button may be showing for an item that is momentarily out of stock, but for which we are expecting
more inventory within the next few days.
Methods of payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover
credit/debit cards, PayPal, money orders, and checks (from within the U.S. only;
please allow an extra 10 days for check processing). Returned checks will be
subject to a $25 service charge.
Shipping charges and tax
There is a minimum $5.95 shipping and handling charge for all U.S. orders.
Expedited shipping (UPS Second Day or Next-Day Air) is also available at an extra charge.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete; any additional shipping charges
that are incurred as a result of incorrect or incomplete address information will be charged to the customer.
Please do not ask us for shipping quotes; you can easily determine the shipping rate yourself.
Simply go ahead and start to place the order online. On the "Your Shopping Cart" page,
you can enter the Zip Code in the box that says "Estimate shipping and tax". Once you
enter this and click Calculate, the correct shipping charges (and any applicable sales taxes) will be
displayed. This won't become a real order unless you proceed through the Checkout procedure, so
this is an easy way to get a quick idea of what an order will cost.
Texas residents must add 6.25 percent sales tax.
Returns
We can accept returns for up to 45 days past the date of purchase; please call (830) 627-1530 for a return authorization (RA)
number and instructions before returning any items. We cannot accept returns without an RA
number. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We cannot accept returns of electrical parts or software products.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
All orders ship from Texas (San Antonio/Austin area). Most orders ship either the same day
we receive the order, or the following weekday. (If you mail in a check, your order will be held for 10 days while
the check clears.) If an item is back ordered, we will notify you, and will usually ship the remainder
of your order immediately; the back ordered item will be shipped as soon as it is received, and
you will not be charged any additional shipping costs. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on Monday.
Most US orders are shipped either First Class or Priority Mail, with 2 to 3 days delivery time.
Some orders may be shipped through UPS, with delivery times ranging from 1 to 5 business days.
Next Day Air and Second Day Air orders
must be received by 2:30 pm Central Time in order to ship the same day. (We make every effort
to ship orders the same day we receive them, however we cannot guarantee this.) These deliveries are
made on weekdays only. A Next Day Air order shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday,
unless an additional $16.00 Saturday Delivery fee is included. Our regular shipping may be
just as quick as Second Day Air - and if the weekend is involved, regular shipping may be faster!
These delivery times are an approximation of when your order should be received; they are not
implied to be a guarantee.
Can I get a tracking number for my order?
Sorry, but usually not. Since most of our packages are sent through the mail, there is usually no tracking number.
If your order is shipped by UPS, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
