HumBug Recording Studio is the in-house studio for Syntaur Productions and HumBug Records, and is located in the resort city of New Braunfels, in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. The studio consists of an acoustically-designed 12x15 foot control room with adjoining isolation booth, professionally set up and wired (Mogami cable throughout). It is a great room for doing mixing, overdubbing, or small tracking projects, with digital hard-disk recording either via Pro Tools or Mackie HDR 24/96, and a fully-automated 56-input Sony DMX-R100 digital console. With mixdown to Alesis MasterLink, a project can be recorded from start to finish in high-resolution (24-bit, 96kHz sample rate) digital audio. A collection of vintage and rare keyboards is one of the highlights of HumBug studio. A number of modern synthesizers and samplers is also available, with huge sound libraries for each. HumBug also has a diverse collection of ethnic instruments from around the world.
